There are several in Las Vegas to suit their needs. Tamba in the Hawaii market in the Strip has a buffet and is quite good. Origin of India against the Hard Rock Hotel, I could have a buffet, but the only Indian gourmet restaurant I found. Also nearby is Gandhi Cuisine of India, with a buffet.
