
I need vegetarian oyster mushrooms?
Help! I bought some oyster mushrooms and I am not sure how to cook! I'm a vegetarian. Are there I can use in recipes? Any Indian food i can try it with?

There is a wealth of uncultivated foods growing around us, but we need guidance from someone with Steve's vision and experience to know what is safe to harvest and eat. I've learned more on the subject of Steve's books than I thought it was possible to know. Oyster mushrooms are among the most abundant of wild mushrooms. Can be found at all year, most often in the trunks of dead trees, but if you're nervous about gathering in nature, are also available in supermarkets. True to its name, taste and smell is reminiscent of oysters. This stew (in Steve's book is called You're Not the Only Oyster in the Stew Sea) is a vegetarian version of traditional oyster stew. The amounts shown in this place for six generous portions. ¼ tbsp. olive oil small onion, Stick chopped celery, diced 3 ½ cups (28 fl oz, 840 ml) water ½ cup (4 oz, 110 g) 2 tablespoons of silken tofu. flax seed oil 1 tsp corn. Vege-or ½ teaspoon of salt. salt 2 small potatoes, cooked and diced 4 cups (11 oz, 330 g) oyster mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp. chopped parsley Sauté onion and celery in olive oil for five minutes. Meanwhile, cream silk tofu in a blender with water, linseed oil and vegetable-salt or salt. Add tofu to stir-fry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients except parsley and Reduce the heat to low.
