Does anyone know the correct information for nutrition roti (East Indian food) and also daals, chicken curry?

Are these then cooked? including spices and butter used in cooking. The flour I use for Rotis is "Sher Desi Style Durum wheat flour. Is this food healthy fat loss or how much to eat?
