Nutrition Facts said 1930 calories, 97 grams of fat per serving … 4 servings .. this is a misprint??
food Porotto India frozen with only 4 ingredients ….. eggs, oil, flour, salt …. 16-ounce package (small box) says 4 servings and the amount per serving … 1930 calories, 97 grams fat, 38 grams of protein, carbohydrate 223 ……. isn't this a typo … even for !!??????? whole case has not yet noticed until it had bought …… and 830 calories of fat calories along with the 1930 ….. staurated fat, 14 grams of 97 ….. How is this possible?? my roommate ate the whole thing ………… it wasn't particularly complete. makes sense if mg ohhhhh! but clearly says "g" that is perhaps the typo …….. but put mamaged mg sodium and cholesterol (curiously with cholesterol stats are all zero), how???
The ingredients are listed in order of proportion … if there are eggs and oil in the first place, the food is probably the most eggs and oil and greasy. The feeling of fullness comes from many different factors. If you eat a small thing that does not fill the stomach but has lots of calories, you probably still do not feel full. The same goes for those 16 oz (a pound!) Package. It sounds like a misprint to me. Sodium is always in milligrams, and other things in grams. I was so far from things as possible.
