
I would reduce my weight by dieting menu with Indian food?
I am a mother of 2 kids.I 5 '3 "with 77 live in kg.I india.So Can anyone give me a menu plan with Indian food for dieting and i dance for 30 minutes for exercise. Is this correct?
Stay away from breads, pakoras. Vegetarian is a good choice. The most important thing is to see the portion sizes you eat. It is more important to reduce the amount you is that changing eating food. Indian food can be very healthy.
