How can I get my kids to eat more ethnic foods?

My newphews (5 years, 3 years, 18 months …) love to eat Ethinic. It's really unbelieveable that request pad see EW, baba ghanouj, cous cous, tagine of chicken, mole, tandoori, soba, tempura, risotto, dosa … the list goes on. Even eating all fruits and vegetables! In fact, they even do not like kids food (mac and cheese, fish sticks, PB & J, chicken nuggets …). They are like mini adults when it comes to their tastes in food. My question — what I'm doing? My children used to play any ethnic food (unless it's pizza or pasta). Aman all food for children and are good little eaters, but how can I get them to start eating more ethnic foods. I showed up at an early age (which are now 6yrs and 4 years) and did what my sister with her children. PS: We are Indian and do not even like Indian food! This is especially frustrating when I see my nephews jumping up and down to eat dim sum!

I invite nephews. Maybe children are enjoying some of these foods and give them a chance.
