
Is there any way to get into the kitchen without any degree of career? Is there a chef to use my services?
The basically I love cooking and have been interested in cooking different types of food. Although I have some expertise in the cuisine of India (especially in the food of southern India), but I do practice all kinds of Italian continental food. I've already gone through courses or degrees in the catering or hospitality services. But I always have a passion to become a good cook and explore all kinds of food in the world. I learn the complicated cooking methods and concepts with understanding. I would also like helping other chefs. I would greatly appreciate if someone could show me the right way to make my dream a reality. I would be happy to provide more information about my cooking skills and my exposure if any body needs it.
You do not need a college degree. Too many people have paid the salary of one year in order to get a culinary degree and remain unemployed. Try to do some catering for starters.
