At first glance the magnitude of the building makes one wonder how a huge building found the space in the always congested Begumpet area. The Real De Katriya is the second offering of Katriya group of hotels and is a boutique hotel for budget travelers. For a hotel of three stars of the Royal De Katriya in Balayogi Paryatak Bhavan at Begumpet is a colossal structure and is one of the largest hotels in Hyderabad in terms of size. The road is wide and can be seen a pair of Aero-Express buses in all times because it is one of the destinations from the airport.
